What kind of support do you offer?

We currently offer in servicing and training for the application when a customer initially "goes live". There is also an extensive "context sensitive" Help screen throughout the application accessible to the user at any point during a patient visit.

Standing Stone also offers an 8:00 am Eastern Time to 4:00 pm Pacific Time call center to help answer questions pertaining to the use of the application.   Email support is available 24/7 and cases are responded to within 24 hours.

What types of interfacing options are available?

CoagClinic interfaces to all leading point of care test devices to import INR/PT test values.  CholesterolClinic currently supports a uni directional interface with the Cholestech LDX meter.  The Company also offers various data interface options to LIS, EMR, CIS and CDR systems.  HL7 interfaces are offered as well as a number of other alternatives.

How can I get reimbursed for my clinic visits?

CoagClinic captures all information necessary to provide documentation for billing purposes. The area of reimbursement is extremely complex. Our Regional Managers would be pleased to discuss your specific reimbursement questions.

Does your application support offsite login?

Yes. CoagClinic is a secure, web based application can be accessed anywhere you have access to the Internet.

Can your application support printing from an offsite location?

Yes. A user can print to a printer that s/he has designated.

Can the application handle 10 or more users?

Yes. As an ASP model it can handle an infinite number of users at one time. Running on a hospital systems intranet the application has the same capability and would only be limited by the infrastructure that the hospital system used to support the application.

Will the application have sub-second response time with a T1 line?

The application has been developed with a minimum 56K dial up with 28K transfer. Any other connection; DSL, T1 or Frame Relay would increase performance depending on network configuration and the number of users.
