We started our Anticoagulation Clinic over thirteen years ago.  We were tired of reviewing the labs and making the phone calls at the end of the day and were sure that there had to be a better way of managing people on anticoagulation.  We knew we could do better than having a big three-ring binder full of patient names hoping that they would come in on the right day.
