Albert J. Bartosic - Chairman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bartosic has responsibility for the overall operation of Standing Stone, including its business strategy, finance and operations. Mr. Bartosic brings over 25 years of management skills to the Company with a variety of firms.
Most recently, he was a partner at Zephyr Management, L.P., a private equity fund manager. He had worked in a number of industries including financial services, database management and technology.
Mr. Bartosic is a CPA and holds a M.B.A from New York University and a B.S. from Fordham University.
Mark W. Wurster - Director
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Wurster is the founder of Standing Stone and is a practicing hematologist, internal medicine physician and director of anticoagulation at Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Wurster is the architect of the company’s eHealth solutions including CoagClinic, CholesterolClinic, HemaClinic and DM Clinic.
Dr. Wurster earned his medical degree from Brown University and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Kevin T. Crowley - Director
Managing Director, Investments, Connecticut Innovations
Mr. Crowley is a Managing Director of Investments for Connecticut Innovations an investment firm providing strategic capital and operational insight to Connecticut-based companies pushing the frontiers of high-tech industries such as bio-technology, information technology and energy. In addition to his role at CI, Mr. Crowley manages the $46 million Connecticut BioScience Facilities Fund.
Mr. Crowley holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University.
Thomas J. Clarke, Jr. - Director
Mr. Clarke is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of TheStreet.com, a NASDAQ traded, Internet-based independent financial news organization. Mr. Clarke was formerly the Chief Executive of Thomson Financial Investor Relations, a company that specialized in the gathering, organizing and delivery of database products to the financial community.
Gregory A. Menke - Director
President and CEO, Medical Automation Systems
Mr. Menke is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Automation Systems. MAS is the pacesetter in networked-based software solutions for point-of-care testing (POCT) in the hospital environment.
